How we succeed

Each of our digital learning solutions are designed by putting the user at the heart of what we do. We know that each organisation will have their own set of unique challenges that they need to overcome. Our solutions will help you do that.

It doesn’t matter about your starting point, or what content you currently have, whether it be face to face training material, a set of principles or tired eLearning that needs updating, we can help.

From custom eLearning modules, to instructional videos and podcasts, our digital design team will ensure the correct solution is identified and then created to ensure your learning outcomes are achieved.

What we design

Custom eLearning Modules

Development of one or more engaging and interactive eLearning modules that incorporate a series of different types of assets including video, audio and imagery, that can be viewed on any device. All modules are branded as required and built in a way so that they can be easily updated.

Digital Learning Programmes

The design of a series of assets, such as eLearning, interactive PDF’s, workbooks, podcasts and videos to support a development programme such as an induction pathway. Each asset is individually branded and puts the learner at the heart of the design.

Creating author tool templates on tablet

Authoring Tool Templates

The design of branded reusable templates created in Articulate Storyline, that allows organisations to add the content they require in house. Each template will be customised to your needs and will include the design of a bespoke template, interactions such as drag and drop and a series of question types.

Bitesize Learning

Bitesize learning is a short, quick and effective training intervention which is delivered in a range of formats, such as video, eLearning, audio, or interactive documents. We design these solutions by first understanding the time the user has been allocated to learn, along with the learning content.

Instructional Videos

The development of a narrated video which sets out to a user a new piece of knowledge, a process or a skill, that they need to complete within their role. This approach has been especially successful during the implementation of a new system or as part of a colleagues induction.

Podcasts

A podcast is an effective way of learning to get a message across to a user. They are designed either as an individual item, or as part of a series of spoken word digital audio files. They can involve one person speaking, or a group.
